Who We Are

Who We Are

Saint Thomas’ Episcopal Church is a fellowship of faithful Christians ministering the Word of God and the Sacraments to our community.

As a church within the Anglican Communion, we worship God via a rich, timeless, ancient service with a joyous emphasis on the proclamation of the Good News, the administration of the sacraments, the creeds of the undivided historical church, and the confessions of the English Reformation. We embrace the rhythm of liturgical worship and incorporate traditional music, congregational singing, choral performance, and organ to enrich our service. As our primary outreach to the community, Saint Thomas' Episcopal School forms honorable young men and women through a classical Christian education with a Christ-centered worldview.

What We Do

Offer the means of grace and the hope of glory to a lost and hurting world

Our mission is to share the good news of the Gospel — our salvation through Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross — and to bring redeemed men and women into a new, reconciled relationship with God based on His grace, our trust in His promises, freedom from divine judgment, freedom to love God and neighbor, and knowledge of His love.

Our Vision

We aspire to grow our community of faithful believers in southwest Houston and beyond, celebrating God's provision for us in Christ and offering joyful service to others.
